About Harless Software

Harless Software is information technology company specializing in federal government financial management software. Harless Software is a small business, 19 years old, and privately owned. Mr. Harless is a retired O-6. During 22 years active duty Mr. Harless served in several budget and accounting positions and received several awards and commendations.

Harless Software has appeared in every issue of the Armed Forces Comptroller (AFC) magazine since 1994. The AFC is published quarterly by the American Society of Military Comptrollers.
